UNREPRESENTED HOMEBUYER – FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS REPRESENTATION
This section applies only to guests who have indicated that they are not currently represented by a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. By registering for and/or attending this event, I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I am not currently subject to an exclusive buyer representation agreement with another licensed real estate salesperson or broker in connection with my contemplated purchase of a new home. In consideration of the information, resources, educational opportunities, builder introductions, and other services made available through this event, I agree to provide EXIT Capital Realty and its Broker Owner, Homayoun (Sam) Samadi, the first opportunity to discuss representing me as my real estate broker in connection with the purchase of a new-construction home or other residential property that I learn about, visit, or pursue as a result of this event. Before entering into a buyer representation agreement with another real estate salesperson or broker for such a transaction, I agree to first communicate with EXIT Capital Realty and Homayoun (Sam) Samadi and provide them a reasonable opportunity to discuss the services, representation, and assistance EXIT Capital Realty can provide. I understand that this acknowledgment does not, by itself, create an exclusive buyer-broker representation agreement, obligate me to purchase a property, or require me to hire EXIT Capital Realty or Homayoun (Sam) Samadi. I retain the right to choose my own real estate representative. Any formal agency or exclusive representation relationship must be established separately in accordance with applicable California law and through any disclosures and written agreements required for that relationship. I further understand that new-home builders may have their own policies regarding real estate agent registration, broker participation, and broker compensation. If I would like EXIT Capital Realty to represent me when visiting a new-home community, I should contact EXIT Capital Realty before my first visit or registration with the builder so that EXIT Capital Realty may determine and follow the builder's applicable broker-registration requirements.
