EVENT LEADS, ATTENDEE INFORMATION & REAL ESTATE REPRESENTATION
All attendee registrations, inquiries, contact information, and other lead information generated through, in connection with, or as a result of this event and its marketing efforts are collected and maintained by EXIT Capital Realty and are considered proprietary business information of EXIT Capital Realty, subject to applicable privacy, consumer-protection, real estate, and other laws. Vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, builders, and other event participants may not copy, distribute, sell, transfer, independently solicit, or use attendee information provided by EXIT Capital Realty for purposes outside the event without the prior written authorization of EXIT Capital Realty and, where required, the attendee's consent. As part of the event registration process, guests are asked to indicate whether they are currently working with or represented by a real estate agent or broker. EXIT Capital Realty and participating vendors are expected to respect any existing real estate agency or representation relationship disclosed by an attendee. For an attendee who indicates that they are not currently represented by a real estate agent or broker, participating vendors, builders, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and other event partners agree that, before referring the attendee to another real estate agent or attempting to establish a real estate representation relationship involving the attendee, the attendee will first be given the opportunity to speak with Homayoun (Sam) Samadi, Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Owner of EXIT Capital Realty, regarding whether the attendee would like EXIT Capital Realty and/or Sam Samadi to represent them in connection with their real estate needs. Nothing in these terms requires an attendee to retain EXIT Capital Realty or Sam Samadi as their real estate representative. Attendees remain free to select the real estate broker or agent of their choice. Any agency relationship with EXIT Capital Realty will be established only in accordance with applicable California law and any required disclosures or agreements. By participating in the event, the vendor, exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, builder, or other participating organization acknowledges and agrees to comply with these attendee-information and lead-handling requirements.
